My name is Leanne.

I'm an educator, non-profit professional, leader of leaders, person of faith, problem solver, wife, mom and much more. I've reimagined my life more times than I can count, finding new surprises at every turn!  As a result, I excel at bringing candor and curiosity (and sometimes a bit of irreverence) to helping others explore their personal and professional worlds through facilitation, speaking engagements and one-on-one coaching.

Person-centered design and problem solving are at the heart of my approach--whether I'm speaking to social workers or business leaders, students or executives.   I love opening up spaces for clumsy and surprisingly transformative conversations that get to the heart of the challenges we face. I would love to work with you to craft an experience for your team, organization or event! Contact me below to set up an introductory call!

Past Topics

Below are a few examples of past topics, but  I would love to craft something especially for your team or event!  My training and experience lie in the context of education, non-profit and the faith sector, but my background and expertise in human and leadership development is generalizable across sectors!

Women In Leadership

Women bring transformative qualities to the workplace and community, but only when we show up as our full selves will others benefit. We must set a critical intention to live fearlessly from our authentic selves in order to contribute our unique power and joy to the spaces we live, work and play!

Healing & Resilience

Neuroscience tells us a lot about how resilience is forged through our experiences. Though useful, knowing the facts isn't enough.  Healing requires wrestling with our beliefs about our circumstances, finding ourselves in relationship and allowing space for rest and acceptance.

Building Organizational Trust

Research shows that rates of interpersonal trust have plummeted in the past several decades and our communities and organizations suffer deeply as a result.  As organizational leaders, we have a responsibility to build credibility and deep trust with our teams, communities and customers through transparent, empowering and strengths-based  approach.
